What is not included:

  • Deductible.  Yup, we start our coverage from the first dollar of loss.
  • The need to have a claims analyst value your property damage.  That's right, you just verify you had a loss and we pay out based on windspeed.
The insurance payout amount depends on the maximum wind speed at the insured location.

Monitor wind
speed

Custom payouts wind speeds:
  • Lowest wind speed start 65 MPH
  • Minimum payout wind speed stretch 50 MPH
  • All contracts fully paid out at 115 MPH
  • Payouts increase linearly with wind speed
Product payout example:
  • Policy limit: $100,000 annual aggregate
  • Payout start: 5% at 65MPH
  • Payout end: 100% at 115MPH
Policy payout by wind speed

Receive payment

Claims are paid when:

  • National Hurricane Center names a windstorm.
  • Wind speeds at a covered location trigger payment amount.
  • You attest to a loss at your location.

Loss

Loss attestation is a legally accepted qualifier for insurance contracts.
Loss is any economic loss including:
  • Debris removal
  • Business interruption
  • Food spoilage
  • Flood damage not covered in the primary insurance policy
  • Economic loss resulting from business interruption
  • Expenses incurred related to and following the event
  • Landscaping or infrastructure surrounding the property excluded under the primary policy
  • Immediate funds necessary to support expenses
